BIMCAP provided the primary BIM modelling and the facade design for Tsuen Wan Data Center in Hong Kong. The facade design had specific ventilation requirements due to the equipment and servers within the building. All the disciplines had to work around very specific programmatic requirements of a data center.

We were responsible for the coordination between all consultants to ensure clash-free models. BIMCAP created several drawing package submissions from the 3D models.
