BIMCAP scope of works included architecture, structure and MEP. The client asked for the model to be used for all levels of BIM procurement including but not limited to facility managements, cost analysis, 4D structure sequences and more.

Given the nature of the project, particular attention was given to the MEP and building services of the building. More details and information was inserted for the operations management of the future occupant.
