In this scope BIM technology is adopted in the preliminary design, technical and impact assessments, detailed design, tendering and construction for SHW WTW extension and associated water pumping stations and water transmission system. 

All information was to be model first for the existing conditions and will be given to all the design consultants. The client wanted a model that was completely clash-free and free of any modelling errors for the existing structure.
