This project consists of 3 Declared Monuments (the former Central Police Station, Central Magistracy and Victoria Prison); 16 historical buildings and 2 new buildings. The synergy of new and conserved heritage buildings offer broad civic appeal and provide intimate, multi-purpose venues for visual and performing arts activities.
