Overview
The new 35-storey tower is expected to contain Grade A office space and retail space. The redevelopment will be synced with that of GuocoLand’s Guoco Midtown. Upon completion, this new tower will form an integral part of the Ophir-Rochor Corridor, a revamped, pedestrian-friendly, mixed-use district centred around Bugis MRT Station.
BIMCAP was to tasked to help the consultants to create a BIM model for the purpose of a better coordination of all the consultants.
