Due to this institution’s age and status, it is continuously going repair and maintenance. To facilitate this, a laser survey was conducted. 

Scope of works was to create a BIM model of the Roof area included with plans, section and elevations utilizing the point cloud survey as the reference. The level of detail required was 200 to 300 depending on the area to be modeled. Slope glazing was modeled as accurately as possible.
