We provided BIM modelling and management for the architecture, structure and MEP for a logistics centre in Tuen Mun, Hong Kong. We created an algorithm to create a smart facade that is easily adaptable to on-going feedback and architectural requirements.

The model can be used for all levels of BIM procurement including facility management, cost analysis, 4D structure sequences and more. This will be one of the first projects to be true LOD 500 with COBIE and FM.
