BIMCAP led the BIM delivery for a major airport in Greece, transforming Point Cloud data into fully coordinated As-Built Revit models across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines. BIMCAP enhanced each model with rich asset data to support COBie and CAFM integration, enabling efficient operations and maintenance.

BIMCAP also administered the Common Data Environment (CDE) and supported the Lead Appointed Party in developing robust BIM workflows and documentation.
