We created all the internal architectural and structural elements utilizing the point cloud survey as the reference. The scope specification was to model all elements to LOD300 with no loose furniture. 

As the project developed, we also had to input data into the main components such as floors, walls and roofs for extraction of information at a later date. Due to the PCS being dense, we had to work smartly with section boxes and 3D views in Revit and Recap Pro.
