Scope of works included BIM architecture and interior design to LOD 300. The client’s goal was to use the BIM model for their facility management operations and renovation of their south west provinces civic branches. 

We also created guidelines and a BEP specific to their requirements using metadata in the BIM objects and exported in IFC. For this we also used BIM Object protocols and Ecodomus.
