This project is a home to 345 students and offers a wide selection of beautifully furnished en-suite rooms and studios. The podium is a part existing building with extensive renovation. On top is a multistory tower with a roof top on top.
BIMCAP scope was to recreate all the consultants information to avoid clashes on site and to ulitize the BIM model for Virtual Reality for the students to experience their room before the start of their courses.
