It provides 1,224 hostel places. Every single room is about 6.5 sqm. The project is expected to be assembled with 6 types of modules and a total of 884 modules.
BIMCAP’s scope of works included creation of BIM Model to LOD 300 and 4D construction sequencing and simulation.
