364 purpose-built student accommodation beds. It features high-quality, specially designed student apartments with lounge, theater room, study space, barbecue space, a communal kitchen designed to foster community and collaborative environment for students, and other areas.

Our scope included construction documentation to LOD 350 and virtual reality to show potential students their future accommodation.
